Today’s ride was to Patrick’s Point State Park, total 45.7
miles, 3 hours, 4 minutes. A beautiful
day too. We have been very fortunate to
have such good weather in this location which is usually enshrouded in fog
and/or rain. A great deal of this ride
was on US 101 which has a very good shoulder and not as much traffic as highway
10 out of Quartzsite. But there were
some “country” shake & bake roads
also. We opted to return almost
exclusively on US 101 to avoid damage to our personal undercarriages! A good ride all in all and two days in a
row! We’re on a roll.
